SAFE & SECURE ONLINE SHOPPING

We are committed to your safe and secure shopping experience. Our gift card gateway is hosted and encrypted by Authorize.Net, the host for 1 in 8 online merchants, using encryption technology to ensure the secure transmission of any personal information you provide. All transactions on our website site are conducted using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.

AnthonysCaterers.com will never share your personal information with any 3rd party, for any reason.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, & Diner’s Club.

Please note that Anthony’s Caterers is not responsible for any overdraft fees or finance charges incurred by a cardholder.

Also note that our online gift card service is available to US and US Territory residents only.

INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS

Anthony’s Caterers currently only accepts credit cards that have been issued by an American or Canadian based bank. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept International Cards at this time.

For international customers, we can offer the following two options:

  • We can accept payment by international money order issued by your bank.
  • We can accept payment by a money order issued by a US bank or US post office.

(Please keep in mind that we do not ship internationally.)

MAIL-IN ORDER FORM

Customers wishing to place an order via mail (in order to pay with a Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or Personal Check with a 10 business day wait for clearance) can print out and mail in the 2017 Order Form with their payment. The file is in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format and requires Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this software installed on your computer, it can be freely downloaded here.

Holiday Note: To ensure orders are received in time for Christmas, no personal checks should be send after Dec 4th. Any and all mail-in orders should be received no later than December 4th.

Payment Note: Do Not Send Cash, cash payments will be refused. Anthony’s Caterers takes no responsibility for money lost in the mail.

Sales Tax: At this time, Sales Tax is NOT required for gift card purchases in the state of Pennsylvania. Therefore, no sales tax wil be charged for mail in orders.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All requests to change or cancel an order should be made over the phone with one of our representatives by calling 610-623-6900. Requests sent via email may not be received in time, and your order may ship. Please double check that your order is correct before clicking submit order.

An order that has already been shipped cannot be canceled. Please call us to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received.

If you need to change the address on an order in transit with UPS, please call us. There will be a fee of $15 per package. Orders shipped with USPS cannot be changed while in transit.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order is received into our system a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Orders placed online after 4PM Monday through Friday are not processed until the next business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for order handeling during busy seasons.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email from us please call us at 610-623-6900 and we can confirm that your order was placed and supply you with your transaction id. We can even send you a copy of your invoice via fax, email, or snail mail.

Here are a few possible reasons why you might not have received an email from us:

  • You entered an invalid email address at checkout.
  • Our email was intercepted by a spam protector. Please check your spam/junk folders for an email from us. This is likely to happen if you have an AOL, Hotmail or a government/military email address.
  • There may be a question about your order (incorrect billing information, wrong credit card expiration date, etc…), in which case we will email and/or call you about your order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order has not been approved until you receive a confirmation email from us (within 1 business day of placing your order). We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. In some cases, additional verification is needed before your order can be accepted.

If additional information is required, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone using the information you provided with your order. If we are unsuccessful in our attempts to contact you, we have the right to refuse or cancel your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

This site is hosted by GoDaddy. Authorize.Net hosts ordering system, and order data. Authorize.Net automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. AnthonysCaterers.com will never share your personal information that has been collected by Authorize.Net with any 3rd party for any reason. Google Analytics Demographics and Interest data will be collected for your visit unless you choose to Opt Out. This data cannot be personally linked back to you and will only be used for reporting purposes.
